A guest bathroom refresh with new tile, vanity, and fixtures usually falls in the $8K to $15K range. A full master bathroom renovation with custom tile, new layout, and premium finishes typically runs $18K to $25K. We provide fixed estimates with no hidden costs.

Bathroom renovations typically take 4 to 8 weeks from start to finish. Kitchen renovations generally run 6 to 12 weeks. We commit to a defined timeline at the estimate stage so you can plan around it. Cabinet lead times and custom material orders can extend timelines, but we communicate those at the start.

We provide a written, fixed estimate within 48 hours of the in-home site walk. Site walks are usually scheduled 3 to 5 days from the initial call. Cabinet and tile lead times are flagged up front so the schedule reflects reality.

Eminence Services LLC is a registered Florida business (L19000016975) formed in 2019. The owner has 12+ years of continuous remodeling operation and has served 600+ clients across Manatee and Sarasota County (and beyond, from Lutz to Fort Myers). For projects that require general contractor licensure, we coordinate through a licensed qualifier. Most mid-range bathroom and kitchen renovations within our scope do not require a separate GC license.

Yes. In-house design consultation is included with every renovation. We help with material selection, layout, and planning so you do not have to coordinate separate designers and contractors. Design consultation is also available as a standalone service.

We provide fixed estimates upfront. If a client requests changes mid-project (additional work, material upgrades) we issue a written change order with the cost before any work begins. We do not surprise clients with line-item additions.

Yes. We phase the work so you always have a functioning kitchen or bathroom, contain dust and debris, and clean up at the end of every day. For larger renovations we walk through the schedule with you in advance so you know what to expect.

Yes. We work with interior designers and architects directly as the finish installer for tile, cedar ceilings, custom carpentry, and trim work. We can build to a designer's specifications and drawings, or develop the design ourselves through our in-house design consultation.
