I was born and raised in Lakewood Ranch. My parents were one of the first 50 founding families of the community — we were here before most of it existed. I know these neighborhoods, the builders who put them up, and the standard people here expect, because I grew up inside it.

No marketing budget, no crew, no name anyone knew. Just work done right and people telling their neighbors. Inside my first year I had 80 customers in Heritage Harbor — earned one job at a time, on word of mouth alone. That is still how this business runs.

For five years I worked alongside one of Tampa’s leading designers, running project management and high-end remodeling on elite properties in the Westchase and Avila tier. I taught myself CAD in that period. I learned how the best work gets planned and executed — the standard, the sequencing, the detail — on projects most remodelers never get near.

When my daughter was older, I made a deliberate decision: come home to Manatee and Sarasota County and build something of my own, close to family and serving my own community. I formed Eminence Services LLC in January 2019 (Florida LLC L19000016975). I chose proximity and ownership over scaling someone else’s company.

Twelve years of continuous operation. More than 600 clients served, from Lutz down to Fort Myers. 30+ five-star Google reviews and not a single one below five. That record is not an accident — it is the result of a discipline almost nobody in this industry keeps: we finish one job before we start the next.

We take a limited number of projects a year on purpose. I am on site for every one of them. We do not dig into seventeen bathrooms at once, send subs you have never met, and disappear for two weeks. We start a job and we finish it before we start anything else.

No private equity. No faceless corporation. No intention to scale into one. This is craftsmanship run the way it used to be — before the corporate block consumed most of it.
